Review consensus
Reviewers split the Legion Go S by operating system. The Windows 11 version with the Ryzen Z2 Go got middling scores for weak frame rates, a clumsy Windows setup and a $729 price. The SteamOS versions scored much higher, with reviewers calling them real Steam Deck rivals. All reviews agree on the 8-inch 1200p 120 Hz screen and the comfortable shape, and on battery life of roughly two hours in demanding games.
